To be able to walk and talk together in the golden Chequamegon woods, participate in restorative yoga classes, eat delicious Ayuervedic-inspired meals, and retreat to a “treehouse” with such beautiful furnishings and linens on top of the planned discussions about shared readings and other books we love was truly a retreat from the world at a time that I needed it. Wild Rice’s three pillars - nourishment, movement, and expression – together with your ability to bring together an interesting, well-read group of women and facilitate thoughtful, deep conversations was a magical combination.
